Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Little Roots offers specialized pediatric occupational therapy services that include evaluations and treatments that are family-centered, child-led, strength-based and holistically approached in order to meet every child on their own unique developmental journey.

Yoga

Little Roots offers a variety of yoga services including classes from prenatal through 12 years of age. Every yoga class is specifically designed to safely meet each individual's needs.

Community Events

Little Roots hosts community events that bring families together through movement, creativity, and connection. Each gathering is designed to be family-centered, child-led, strength-based, and holistic, offering meaningful experiences that nurture growth and celebrate every child’s unique journey.

Sara Green MS, OTR/L

Sara is an Occupational Therapist and Yoga Instructor. She graduated in 2019 from Gannon University with Masters in Occupational Therapy and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Sara has Yoga Teacher Certification through the Boston School of Yoga and is a certified Children’s Yoga Teacher through Yoga Renew. She also is a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher. She worked in early intervention and outpatient pediatric clinical rotation at Integration Station in Charlotte, NC.

She has experience working at Upstate Golisano’s Children’s Hospital in the acute care and outpatient settings, School-Based Occupational Therapist for the West Genesee School District, Early Intervention pediatrics in Syracuse and Fayetteville homes, and daycares.
